Information for personnel placement agencies

DRK Kliniken Berlin do work with international recruitment agencies. However, we have our regular partners and no need for further collaborations. If you choose to contact us anyway, please read take the following information into account.

Instructions for recruitment agencies

Send your offer via e-mail to m.hohl[at]drk-kliniken-berlin.de and include all the necessary information. We will get back to you, if we are interested. Do not call us at any time!

Offers from recruitment agencies can be filed for a possible future cooperation only if the following requirements are given:

  • Your offer concerns international nurses (we do not work with international recruitment agencies regarding doctors)
  • The nurses you want to place with us have a Bachelor of Nursing or other full qualification as a nurse from their home country
  • They have a valid notice of deficiency from German authorities, preferably from LaGeSo Berlin
  • They have begun to learn German and can present a Level B2 language certificate
  • They have accommodation in Berlin upon signing the employment contract
  • They have a visa and/or temporary residence permit valid for at least 3 months

What we offer

  • An employment contract as a nursing assistant
  • Job as a nurse after receiving full professional recognition in Germany
  • Adaptation courses in our own training center
  • Onboarding by our practical instructors and mentors on the ward
  • Support by our integration coaches in our hospitals in Westend and Köpenick
  • Individual language support
  • Further training opportunities, e.g. to become a practice supervisor or a specialist nurse for intensive care and anesthesia at our own further training academy.
